About the Role
You will work closely with Head Chefs to plan menus, supervise kitchen brigades, control food costs and wastage, maintain hygiene standards, and deliver consistently exceptional dishes across Crown’s fine dining, brasserie, and large-scale banqueting operations.
Requirements
- Formal culinary qualification or significant industry-equivalent training
- 3+ years of sous chef experience in a high-volume or fine dining setting
- Strong knowledge of international cuisines and modern cooking techniques
- Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain)
