About the Role
You will partner with senior business leaders across CBA’s technology, retail banking, and operational divisions to deliver people solutions aligned to business strategy. This includes talent management, leadership coaching, organisational design, and complex employee relations matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field
- 5–8 years of HR business partnering experience, preferably in financial services
- Strong understanding of Australian employment law and the Fair Work Act
- Experience with HR analytics and data-driven decision-making
